Refund Policy
Every Bianca Alliance garment is made to order. This policy sets clear expectations for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Made-to-order purchases
Because garments are produced for an individual order, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, preference changes, or ordering the wrong color or size. Please review product details and size information before paying.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, return, repair, replacement, or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, email hi@biancaalliance.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the entire item and the problem.
We will review the claim with our fulfillment partner. If approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.

Packages that do not arrive
If an order has not arrived and more than five business days have passed after its estimated delivery date, contact hi@biancaalliance.com with the order number and delivery address. We may ask you to confirm tracking details, check with household members or neighbors, and cooperate with a carrier investigation.
Claims may be declined when tracking confirms correct delivery and the evidence does not show carrier or fulfillment error, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations and order changes
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. A full cancellation may be possible while the order is still waiting for fulfillment.
Once production has begun, products generally cannot be changed or canceled because they are already being printed, picked, or packed. Address changes may also become impossible after shipment.

Return authorization
Do not send a purchase to the return address printed on a carrier label without contacting us. Fulfillment facilities do not operate as public retail-return locations, and unauthorized returns may be rejected, donated, or become unavailable for reshipment.
If a return is approved, we will provide the correct destination, deadline, packaging instructions, and responsibility for return shipping.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bianca Alliance may confirm a refund promptly, but Stripe, card networks, and your financial institution control how long it takes to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are refundable only where we approve them because of our error, a carrier or fulfillment problem, or applicable law.

Promotions and partial refunds
Refunds for discounted orders will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected item. Where only part of an order is approved, any refund or replacement will be limited to that part.

How to request help
Email hi@biancaalliance.com with the order number and relevant evidence. Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond before initiating a chargeback, as direct resolution is usually faster.
