Shipping Policy
Bianca Alliance serves an international audience with made-to-order garments produced and shipped through our fulfillment partners. This policy explains what happens between checkout and delivery.

Made-to-order production
Most Bianca Alliance garments are produced after an order is confirmed. Production is separate from carrier transit time and normally begins soon after successful payment.
Printful reports an average fulfillment period of 2–5 business days for most production techniques. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and larger orders, stock issues, quality checks, holidays, or facility holds may take longer.

Shipping methods, rates, and destinations
Available shipping methods, eligible destinations, estimated delivery windows, and charges are calculated for the destination and shown during checkout before payment. The final checkout summary is the controlling shipping quote for your order.
We may be unable to ship certain products to some destinations because of carrier, legal, customs, or fulfillment restrictions.

Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery combines production time and carrier transit time. Dates shown at checkout or in an order message are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Carrier congestion, customs reviews, severe weather, public holidays, local service interruptions, and events beyond our reasonable control can cause delays.

Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the shipment is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities or become ready at different times. They may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers at no additional product charge.

International customs and import charges
International orders may be assessed customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the recipient's responsibility.
Customs processing can delay delivery. Bianca Alliance cannot undervalue shipments, mark purchases as gifts, or control decisions made by customs authorities.

Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after fulfillment or shipment begins.
A package returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, refused, or unclaimed address may require a new shipping payment before it can be resent.

Late, lost, or damaged deliveries
If tracking is stalled, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or more than five business days have passed after the estimated delivery date, email hi@biancaalliance.com with your order number. We will review the carrier and fulfillment records and explain the available resolution.
Visible transit damage should be photographed before packaging is discarded. The Refund Policy explains the evidence and reporting process for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.
