Bianca Alliance operates this website and offers symbolic fashion products, editorial content, and creative-participation opportunities. References to “Bianca Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the store operator identified in your checkout records and receipt.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

We aim to describe products, colors, materials, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings, production processes, and garment batches can produce reasonable variations in color, placement, texture, or scale.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors, update descriptions, discontinue products, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, store prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD). Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and discounts are shown separately when applicable.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize the charge shown at checkout and confirm that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is submitted for fulfillment.

We may cancel and refund an order affected by pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, sanctions or export restrictions, unavailable fulfillment, prohibited content, or an inability to deliver to the supplied address.

Products may be produced and shipped by Printful and its fulfillment network. By ordering, you authorize us to share the information required to produce and deliver the purchase.

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Review them before ordering, especially the made-to-order production schedule, customs responsibility, cancellation limits, and claim process.

The Bianca Alliance name, story, artwork, symbols, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to Bianca Alliance and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and viewing. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, modify, train systems on, or create derivative commercial works from protected content without written permission.

Submitting a concept does not transfer ownership unless a separate written agreement says so, and it does not guarantee review, selection, compensation, confidentiality, or production.

You confirm that submitted material is yours to share, does not violate another person's rights, and is not unlawful or harmful. Any licensing, royalty, production, or attribution terms must be agreed separately in writing.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, test stolen payment credentials, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders, preserve evidence, or cooperate with payment providers and authorities when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or delivery by a particular date.

To the extent permitted by law, Bianca Alliance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the site or a purchase. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant identified in your checkout records or receipt, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact hi@biancaalliance.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section removes a right to use a regulator, court, or dispute process that applicable law makes available to you.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the store, providers, or law. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to hi@biancaalliance.com.
